Swift Doc

About the firm

A documentation practice built on one habit: submit once, correctly.

Swift Doc Documentation Services Ltd takes the procedural burden off your shoulders — delivering swift, accurate filings across all Kenyan registries.

Our purpose

Streamlining your documentation with ease and absolute precision.

Swift Doc was founded on a clear principle: individuals and businesses should not have to navigate bureaucratic bottlenecks, confusing statutory requirements, or lost days at government desks to get their official paperwork done.

Operating from Unga House in Westlands, Nairobi, we manage comprehensive documentation files — from company incorporations, tax and tender compliances to immigration paperwork, NGO registrations, and embassy authentications. We absorb the procedural complexity so our clients can focus on growing their ventures.

We are deliberately an executive documentation practice, not a law firm and not a government office. Where a matter requires formal legal counsel, we ensure a seamless and qualified referral.

How we operate

Four commitments, applied literally.

These are not slogans. They are the rules our consultants are held to, and the reason our clients trust and continuously recommend us.

01

Say the difficult thing early

If a deadline cannot be met, or a file has a fatal defect, you hear it in the first conversation — not after you have paid.

02

One file, one owner

A named consultant carries your matter from intake to handover. You never re-explain your case to a stranger.

03

Paper discipline

Receipts, reference numbers, submission acknowledgements. Everything we do leaves a trail you can inspect.

04

No shortcuts through back doors

We work official channels. It is slower in the rare case and far safer in every case.

Our process

Five stages from first call to handover.

  1. 01Consultation

    Day 0

A 15-minute call or office visit where we establish exactly what you need, what the regulator will demand and what it will cost. No obligation, no vague quotations.

  2. 02Document audit

    Day 1

We list every supporting document, check each against current requirements, and flag the gaps before they turn into a rejection. This is where most applications quietly fail.

  3. 03Preparation & filing

    Day 2–4

Forms are completed, fees are paid against official receipts, and the file is lodged with the relevant authority under a reference we share with you.

  4. 04Follow-through

    Ongoing

We physically follow the file, respond to queries, and update you at every status change. You never have to guess where your application sits.

  5. 05Handover

    On issue

Original documents are handed over in person or by tracked courier, with certified digital copies archived securely for your future filings.
